“Beautiful wood cabin with homey, comfortable feel. Comfortable beds and kitchen with more than enough utensils, plates etc. for home-cooked meals. We enjoyed walking across the lawn to watch wildlife by the river. Alicia was very welcoming and friendly (and so was her dog!). Very quiet and peaceful area surrounded by forest.”

“Jimmy & Alicia's place is the perfect place to stay. Cozy - Home feeling cabin, has everything you can possibly need. Full size fridge, so if you like to cook you can bring all the groceries you need. Full range stove, full size coffee maker (if you prefer a special kind of coffee, you can bring) however, good coffee is provided. Everything is in excellent condition. The back side of the cabin has a big tree right outside the bathroom window, and if you’re lucky enough you can listen and see the beautiful birds sing and play while you get ready in the morning.”

“My son and I stayed here while skiing at Sunrise. Jimmy and Alicia were great hosts, and recommended a great family-owned pizza place in Springerville. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. We’d definitely consider staying there again.”

“Great value option for people interested in skiing in the Sunrise ski resort area. Only 20 minutes away from the resort, these lovely little cabins are cozy and well equipped for basic cooking and entertainment options. Highly recommend for travelers who enjoy the beauty and seclusion of Greer.”

“This cabin is great! Loved having the full kitchen and BBQ. Perfect for our trip to sunrise. The host came and checked on us and she was very nice. Just a warning Verizon has almost no service and the wifi is not the greatest. Overall great experience”

“Perfect cabin in the mountains. So close to the ski area and the great magnificent town of Greer! Jimmy and Alicia are so friendly and helpful. They dug out my car after the mega snow came. Very accommodating and an overall WINTER WONDERFUL experience. I highly recommend this quiet little place! A+”

“This cabin blew my expectations out of the water. The pictures do not do this cabin justice. It is so warm, cozy and clean! So cute and quaint. Absolutely loved it. Not to mention the host were so attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I can't wait to return for a second stay.”

“The pictures on the website were 100% accurate of the cabin. The hosts communicated immediately with me before we arrived and were very accommodating in changing our reservation dates due to a change in our plans. Greer is a VERY rural area, but their is a town with a Safeway and multiple gas stations 10 miles away. The actual cabin was in perfect shape, the kitchen had all the utensils, pts, pans, etc. and since we cooked in every night that was appreciated. It was pretty cold while we were there ( a low of 17 overnight) but the cabin is heated by a beautiful stone gas fireplace that is perfectly thermostated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. A new flatscreen TV was installed while we there. The hosts took care of the few (very) minor issues we had within minutes. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and we had 3 bars at all times on ATT mobile. We had a great stay at the cabin and would definitely stay here again if we plan on heading to the White Mountains.”

“Met Alicia upon our arrival and her two body guards, Abbey and Copper. Their tail wagged incessantly to show their pleasure at meeting us. Great puppies! When we entered the cabin we were very surprised. It is gorgeous! Great living room and generous fireplace. Immaculate in the cleanliness and roomy to beat the band. 2 bedrooms and lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen was complete down to the paper towels and the appointments adorning the mantels and shelves made our Christmas stay warm and inviting!! Our hosts even took the time to put up the Holiday Lights on the porch and railings. Spectacular!”
